Why Standard Screens Fall Short
Traditional mesh shower screens often lead to uneven water flow. Water tends to grip to the mesh, changing direction and creating unpredictable extraction patterns shot to shot.
Designed for Full, Even Saturation
The HD Shower Screen uses a channel-based design that guides water across the entire surface of the puck. Channels run all the way to the edge of the 58.35mm screen, ensuring complete saturation—even along the basket walls.
Maximized Puck Coverage
Most shower screens cover only about 54mm, leaving a gap of 4–5mm around the edges. That’s a 10–15% reduction in effective surface area. The HD screen eliminates this issue, targeting the entire puck bed for a full, even infusion.

*The discharge mesh will need to be cleaned more regularly. This will not affect your machine’s performance but it is recommended as you will find more discharge when using the screen.

INSTALLATION:
LM – HD Shower Screen:
- Simply unscrew the shower screen screw.
- Remove the current shower screen and clean the group head.
- Then screw in the new HD shower screen
Make sure it is completely screwed in before use.
E61 – HD Shower Screen:
- You’re current E61 shower screen will not have a centre screw like our HD does, so first you need to pop out your current shower screen and seal.
- Unscrew the diffusion screw inside the group head. This is very easy to do, all you need is an m8 allen key.
- Then simply screw in our new HD diffusion screw which gives you the ability to screw in the new HD high diffusion shower screen to the diffusion plate.
- Then insert your gasket seal and use your portafilter to tighten the seal.
Make sure the HD shower screen is completely screwed in before use.
